	<description><![CDATA[<p>There have been only two&#160;instances I&#39;ve EVER had any luck with spoons.</p>
<p>One was in Quebec near the Arctic Circle.&#160; I was able to cast them and catch big, extremely stupid brook trout.</p>
<p>The other occurance was ice fishing, vertical jigging with spoons tipped with "meat."</p>
